coffee table train layout
i was reading a actical in model railroader a little while ago when i saw something pretty neat it was a coffee table train layout. so after some planing and configuring i decied to give it a shot at makeing it. it was my owen plan that i thought would be the easyest to make. one problem i ran into was to use real glass or plexiy glass. i decided to use plexiy glass i felt it as less of a hassel to put that in and less of a weight on the wood. and incase anything happend to the glass it would be a inexpence to replace. i am still working on the real train part of the table right know in the stage of painting track. i have finished the table part and went to work on the layout i will hopefully have it done be this november and then i will post pics of the table and layout. i will be feturing locomotives of the LVRC # 7801.
LVRC shops
I have finally startd work on my lamoille valley railway layout. after being in the design stages for about a year i fianlly got some time to start it. i have so far i have got st. johnsbuty vermont done. and now working on morrisville vermont. i also got a very nice alco RS 3 done by mike macnamara at south jersey workshops he does great work and would be very well recomended. as you will see some photos of it in the few pictures i have of the layout. amd I am also working on two lamoille valley locomotives myself and a box car so far.
